Personality Analysis

   Personality Profiling - 'CrossRoads'

After years of studying a myriad of personality tests, career tests, and psychological tests, two categories emerged: one that looks at the personality, preferences, and character traits only and another type that focuses more on professional traits, career direction, and suitability for a particular career path.

Rarely does a test incorporate both aspects of a personality which limits the accuracy significantly. As an example, a person who has strong commercial talents but seems to be rather shy might not be well advised to go into the corporate world, but into another field that values all levels of their character.

Furthermore, not one modality incorporates the future development of a person – even though we all know that most of us change careers at least once during our lives. Especially nowadays, young people mostly study certain subjects and areas instead of one fixed profession, like engineer or doctor.

As an example, studying medicine can develop into becoming a doctor or perhaps a research person, working with kids, being a house doctor in the countryside or being employed by a pharmaceutical company in the sales department – all these require the same basic knowledge (medicine) which is however expressed in different professional fields.

Starting out from the intensive study of the original ‘Five Elements’, it took a few years to develop a more comprehensive tool allowing more clarity for the client – aptly called ‘Five Adaptation Types’. Through the collaboration with psychologists, and career advisors, a complex system was developed, called ‘CrossRoads’, which incorporates all aspects of a person, basic character, strengths and weaknesses, attitudes, aptitudes, perception, and the personal degree of resilience in life.

‘CrossRoads’ enables the client to live more authentically, achieving alignment with their true nature. A road map to understanding oneself and others, the adaptation ability of the individual is significantly enhanced, thus decreasing major sources of stress and dissatisfaction – personal as well as professional.

Note: Several systems exist, each one valuable in its own right. 'CrossRoads’ has no affiliation with any of them and does not rely on ready-made charts or astrological calculations.

Due to 'CrossRoads’ accuracy and precision, it often forms the basic understanding of a client or even an integral part of any coaching or counseling session.
